Warranty

As a customer you are entitled to a statutory warranty of two years from the delivery of the product under the conditions laid down in the relevant legislation.

The warranty covers:

1. The warranty covers all original parts due to defects in workmanship and materials (for example, when the products do not match the product description in the user manual or do not match the product advertisement).

2. Claims under this warranty must be made directly with DENCK Innovations.
3. During the warranty period, DENCK Innovations will replace or repair the defective goods. If the replacement or repair is excessive or impossible, or if it is impossible to deliver within a reasonable time, you have the right to request an exchange or to terminate the sales contract.
4. During the first six months of your warranty, you do not need to prove that the defect existed when you bought the product.
5. The warranty does not cover improper assembly or installation of the product by the end user, improper use or negligence in the operation of the product or deformation of the product, maintenance in violation of the product maintenance instructions, normal wear and tear, for defects arising from the normal use or life of the product, such as a depleted customer-replaceable battery, and for damages or defects resulting from accidental damage.
