Returns

Does the product, despite all our efforts, still not meet your wishes? Then you can of course return it. According to the law, every customer has the right to cancel the purchase of a product within 14 calendar days after delivery, without paying a fine and without stating a reason. DENCK increases this statutory right of withdrawal from 14 to 30 calendar days after receipt of the product.

If you want to invoke the right of withdrawal, you can return the goods free of charge in the original packaging using the return sticker supplied. We only accept returns in original, undamaged and unused condition. What is returned must still be able to be sold.

1. Download the return form and fill it in completely

2. Mail the return form to retour@denck.eu.

3. Put the completed return form together with the items in the box and stick the return label that you received on delivery on the box. Do you no longer have a return label? Send an e-mail to retour@denck.eu

4. Bring the package to a nearby post office and drop it off there for free. Request a proof of delivery and keep it up to date.

As soon as we receive the return shipment, we check it. If all conditions are met, we will track the return for you. You can choose an exchange, a voucher or a refund. The refund will be made within 10 working days (depending on your financial institution) after checking the items in the same payment method as which you placed the order.
